Cheat mode:
Hold Left + Triangle + X + L1 + R2 + Select at the title screen until you hear an explosion. The following codes can now be activated.

All characters:
Enable the "Cheat mode" code. Then, Hold L2 + Select until you hear a throwing sound.

Special options:

Enable the "All characters" code. Then, hold R2 + Select until you hear a throwing sound.
